1.1.What this agreement covers. These are the terms and conditions for the mobile application (“the Application”).
1.2.Why you should read them. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you complete your order to us. These will tell you who we are, how we will provide the Application to you, how you and we may change or end the agreement, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms or require any changes, please contact us to discuss.
1.3. The terms and conditions. These terms form the contract between us. They include this document, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and any additional terms or policies that may apply to some or all of our Services. By using our Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully and make sure that you understand them. You should print a copy of these terms for future reference.
If there are any additional terms or policies, we will update these terms to include them. If there are any conflicts between additional terms or policies and these terms, then these terms will take precedence. When we make updates to the terms and conditions, we will do our best to provide you with notice. However, you should check these terms and conditions regularly.
1.4.This is our entire agreement with you. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your purchase.
2. Information about us
2.1Who we are. We are Time T Sleep Stories Ltd a company registered in England and Wales referred to as we/us throughout. Our company registration number is 11479790 and our registered office is at Office 5, Tondu Enterprise Centre, Bryn Road, Aberkenfig, Bridgend, CF32 9BS

2.3How we may contact you. If we have to contact you, we will do so by writing to you at the email address you provided to us when creating your account.
3. The Application
3.1 You must follow these terms when you use the App:
a) You must not use the Application in a way which breaches any laws or regulation;
b) If you are using the Application for commercial purposes you will need to get our written permission;
c) The Application is for your personal use and you cannot sell the Application to a third party;
d) You will not create more than one account without our written consent.
e) You will not infringe Time To Sleep Stories Ltd or any third party’s copyright, patent, trade mark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights.
g) You will not send or otherwise post unauthorised commercial communications (such as spam) on or through the Application.
h) You will not collect users’ content or information, solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
i) You will not misuse the Application. For example, you will not interfere with the Application or try to access it using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide, such as using automated means (including harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
j) You will not do anything that could disrupt, disable, overburden, or damage the proper working of the Application, such as a denial of service attack.
k) You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
l) You will not use the Application for anything that is abusive or does not comply with our content standards.
m) You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of these terms.
n) You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
o) You will not act in a manner, use the App in any way, or post any content, that is hateful, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or discriminatory; promotes violence; contains graphic or gratuitous violence; or is otherwise offensive or objectionable.
If you break any of the above rules, we may suspend or stop providing the Application to you or close your account immediately. We may refuse use of our Application without providing reasons.
3.2. To use the Application, you must be of the age required in your residence.
3.3 The Application will contain information that is protected by intellectual property rights and other laws. Your account will be for the sole benefit of the Application and you will not obtain any other rights or interest in Time To Sleep Stories Ltd assets.
3.4 If you misuse the Application and cause damage then Time To Sleep Stories Ltd will be paid in relation to any claims, losses, costs and liabilities if any third party brings a legitimate claim because of your misuse.
3.5 The Application may from time to time require data access and therefore you may incur mobile charges. You will be liable for any charges that your network providers may charge.
4. Creating your account
4.1. Register. You can create an account by registering within the Application. When you go to register you will need a valid email address.
4.2. Verify. Once the account has been created you will receive a link to your email address. Click on the link and verify your details. If this hasn’t been completed within 24 hours you will need to re-register as your account will be deleted.
4.3. Personal information. Please check our Privacy Policy to see how your personal information is used/stored.
5. Cancelling your account
5.1.Cancel. Please contact us support@timetosleepstories.com if you would like to cancel your account.
5.2.Notice. You must provide at least 30 days notice in order to cancel your account.
5.3.Deleting your Application. Please be aware that deleting your Application will not cancel your account.
6. Issues
6.1.Questions or complaints. If you have any questions or complaints regarding your account or billing, please contact us on support@timetosleepstories.com . When you email us please include the details of the complaints so that we may answer your complaint or question sufficiently.
7. Promotions and Offers
7.1Expiry. From time to time we will offer different promotions and offers. These promotions and offers will expire on the date included in these offers.
7.2Free trial. If the offer is a free trial, your account will default back to a non paid account access. We do not auto convert free trials to paid accounts without your permission.
7.3Uses. Any promotion, offer or free trial may only be used once.
